Mike Barrett MCIH, Chief Executive Mike joined the charity as Chief Executive in 1999 and since then has overseen an expansion of services from Canterbury to across Kent. He is actively involved in the supported housing sector as Chair of the East Kent Homelessness Forum. Email Mike |

Gill Bryant MCIH, Head of Operations Gill joined the charity in 2002 as a Floating Support Worker. In 2004 she became Deputy Manager for the adult hostel and in 2005 Operations Manager for the Kent Outreach Service. In 2007 she was promoted to Strategic Manager. Gill completed her professional qualification in housing in 2011 and was appointed as Head of Operations in the same year. Email Gill |

Catherine Keen FCCA MAAT DChA, Finance Director Catherine joined the team in November 2006 coming direct from the corporate sector. She is a certified accountant with a specialist interest in charity accounts. She has 10 years experience as an auditor. Email Catherine |

Gillian Field Assoc CIPD, Head of Human Resources Gillian began working at the charity in November 2009 as Human Resources Advisor, becoming Head of Human Resources in 2011. She has a background in both the corporate and voluntary sectors and is a CIPD graduate. |

Lisa Oeder MInstF, Head of Development and Communications Lisa began working at the charity in May 2006. She has worked within the charity sector for over 12 years in various fundraising roles. Since taking on this role she has developed the fundraising and communications for the charity, notably overseeing the re-brand from East Kent Cyrenians to Porchlight. Email Lisa |
