Porchlight strives to provide an excellent service in all areas of our work. We welcome your feedback to help us to continue to improve.

What happens to your feedback?

Compliments: Your compliments will be passed to the relevant member of staff or team and may be used to recognise exceptional performance. They may also be used to improve and inform working practices across the charity by being shared at managers' meetings.

Suggestions: Your suggestions will be passed to the relevant manager to decide on the appropriate course of action. If you have asked for a response, we will write to you within 14 days to let you know what action has been taken.

Complaints: We aim to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. All complaints are treated in the strictest confidence and the information you share will only be used to investigate the complaint. We record and monitor all complaints to make sure that we're delivering high quality, effective services.
