Get in touch

We can help you find support for issues you're facing

We can help if you have concerns about housing and homelessness, or your mental health.

Housing and homelessness concerns

  • Call 0300 365 7699
(Lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to midday and 2pm to 4pm. Calls are charged at local rates but if you ask us to call back, we'll be happy to do so.)
  • Email referrals@porchlight.org.uk

Our team will find out more about your situation and help you access support - whether that's with Porchlight or another organisation.

Mental health concerns

Our mental health line is a gateway to a range of support - from Porchlight and other organisations - to do with housing, mental health, employment, money and benefits, feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Other help that's available

Lots of other help is available for housing, homelessness and mental health-related issues. We've listed some of the best ways to get help here.

If you are in emotional distress

If you need help for a mental health crisis, emergency or breakdown, it is important to know that support is still available, even if services seem busy at the moment.
