Poverty, health and housing injustice are complex problems affecting millions of lives. They are also avoidable.

We work to improve understanding of the issues and find sustainable solutions to rebalance an unfair system.

For 50 years, Porchlight has been shaped by staff and volunteers’ dedication to the people we support, the causes and our vision.

Our organisational values – ‘what matters to us’ came from the personal and professional values of our clients, staff and volunteers.

Through understanding what matters to our people, we were able to identify the values that are most important to the organisation.
