The bleak weather and long dark nights make life on the streets in winter a dangerous and terrifying ordeal.

We have to act now to bring people in from the cold and give them the support they need to rebuild their lives - before it's too late.

We go out in all weathers, in towns and cities across Kent, to find people sleeping rough. We get to know them for who they are, provide the support they need to escape the streets and help them to reconnect with who they were before becoming homeless. But for every person we help, there are many more in need of our urgent support.

Help save someone's life this winter.
