Spring is here in Kent. The days are getting longer, the air is warmer, and everywhere you look there are signs of renewal and fresh starts. It should be a season of hope and brighter days.
But for people facing homelessness, the road to a new beginning can feel out of reach. There are people right now sleeping in doorways, cars and tents — exhausted, vulnerable and unsure how they will survive another day. Without the right support, many people struggle to take that first step towards stability.
This is where you come in.
Our teams are out every day:
- Finding people sleeping rough
- Offering practical support and essential supplies funded by your donations.
- Carrying out welfare checks
- Helping people access accommodation and specialist support
Your gift could help someone take their first step towards a new chapter - whether that's a hot mean and clean clothes, support to secure safe accommodation, or an outreach session that opens the door to lasting change.
Spring is a time for growth and renewal. With your support, someone who has been sleeping rough could begin rebuilding their life - moving from crisis towards safety, stability and hope.
If you’re worried about someone sleeping rough, you can alert the local council or homelessness services via thestreetlink.org.uk
