We are here to help you improve your mental health so you can achieve what's important to you, like finding a job or meeting new people.

Our Aspirations service is free and available for anyone aged 25-60 who lives in Kent, Medway or East Sussex and is not currently in employment.

You can self refer online anytime, it's quick and easy to complete. Or if you prefer, you can call free on 0800 567 7699 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

You will have access to your own coach and personalised programme, with a range of support to help you:

  • Reduce symptoms such as anxiety, depression, loneliness
  • Gain new skills
  • Take steps towards finding a job, or volunteering opportunity
  • Improve your self-esteem, feel more confident
  • Connect with your community, such as local groups
  • Take part in activities such as art and sports
  • Help with money worries, or benefits claims

You can choose to access support in person, via video call or by phone.

Whatever your circumstances, we will take time to listen to your needs - we won’t judge you and we will respect your privacy.
