Feedback: compliments, suggestions, complaints
You can use this form to tell us your experience of our support, or any other part of our work such as our fundraising communications or supporter services.
Feedback can be good or bad. You can raise a formal complaint or concern about a Porchlight service or services with this form too.
Compliments: Your compliments will be shared with the relevant member of staff or team. They may also be used to inform the way we work across the charity.
Suggestions: Your suggestions will be passed to the relevant manager to decide on the best course of action. If you have asked for a response, we will write to you within 14 days to let you know what action has been taken.
Complaints: We aim to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. All complaints are treated in the strictest confidence and the information you share will only be used to investigate the complaint. We record and monitor all complaints to make sure that we're delivering high quality, effective services.
We want to keep doing what people find useful and understand where it doesn’t work as well, so we can continue to improve things.
