We help people with a range of different needs around their mental health, physical health and wellbeing.
Many are struggling to cope with the pressures in their lives and need our support to keep on track. Some are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.
Whatever you’re facing, we won’t make judgements and what we discuss will remain confidential.
You choose what we help you with and what activities you would like to take part in. We run drop-in sessions or we can arrange to meet you in the community.
We can help you:
- Feel more in control of your mental health
- Feel more confident in yourself
- With your relationships
- Find work, volunteering, or education
- Connect you with free local services offering support with drug and alcohol dependency
