Porchlight Open Door meet-ups
Your community hub
Porchlight Open Door meet-ups are friendly get-togethers in Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, and Margate where you can make friends and access all the services you need.
You can drop by to get support and advice, try a new activity and enjoy some company and conversation. It’s completely free and everyone aged 18 and over is welcome.
The meet-ups are run by our warm, welcoming team. They’re there to listen and help you with things like benefits, housing and debt. They can also help you connect with services and support networks in your area.
You can try different activities every week, from cooking to painting to CV writing – but there’s no pressure to take part. You can just turn up for a chat.
