Over 120 professionals from across the health and social sector will come together on Thursday 14 November to discuss greater cross-sector collaboration to tackle inequalities across the South East.
Voluntary, community, charity, faith, and social enterprise organisations will explore how community ‘place-based’ approaches can deliver more effective localised partnership working along with colleagues and representatives from all the local authorities in Kent, Medway, and Bexley.
