Kent Homeless Connect

Kent County Council will cease funding Kent Homeless Connect in 2024.

If you are already being supported by KHC, don’t worry – your support will continue. Read on to find out how these changes may impact you or someone you know.

The Kent Homeless Connect service works with vulnerable adults with complex support needs (such as mental ill health or substance misuse problems) who are:

  • rough sleeping – sleeping outdoors or in makeshift structures
  • homeless – living in temporary housing or sofa surfing
  • at risk of becoming homeless – at risk of eviction
  • impacted by their homelessness

The service will close in April 2024 when its Kent County Council funding ends.
