The difference we're making

We're here for people who have nowhere to go and no-one to turn to. Last year, we supported almost 5,000 individuals and families.

We supported 5,794 people

This included 944 people who were homeless

And 4,800 with their mental health

We helped 1,850 people who were at risk of losing their home

Around 64% of the people supported by our community mental health service lived in the county's most deprived areas

We supported more than 2,000 people living with a serious mental illness
