Celebrate the life of your loved one and collect donations in their memory
Many people choose to ask for donations at a funeral or memorial service, raising money to help others in memory of their loved one.
If you are in the process of arranging a funeral or memorial service for a loved one, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for thinking of Porchlight at this difficult time.
There are several ways that you can share these donations:
Cash: If you have cash donations that you would like to pass onto Porchlight, you can do this in person by visiting Porchlight’s Head Office in Canterbury. Please ensure you include your details and the details of your loved one with any donations. If you have cash but are not able to get to our office, please call our team on 01227 813199. Please do not send cash in the post.
Cheques: Please make any cheques payable to 'Porchlight'. These can be posted to our head office: FAO Fundraising, Porchlight, 18-19 Watling Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2UA. Please include your name, address and the details of your loved one.
Online: If you'd prefer to donate online, please visit: porchlight.org.uk/donate and select that you’re giving in memory. If you’re happy to, please do include the name of your loved one.

To include Porchlight in your funeral wishes
If you want to request that donations are made to us as part of your own funeral wishes, you should ensure that either the executors of your Will know, or that it’s included in the details of your funeral. You can download a funeral wishes form here, which may be helpful.
