Working with us to end homelessness in their local community

We know that homelessness in Kent can be solved if we all work together. That's why we're so grateful to all the amazing businesses who are working with us to make a difference.

Miles & Barr employees have raised over £28,000 for Porchlight since summer 2021 by organising three sponsored sleep outs, running the London Marathon and London Landmarks Half Marathon, sponsoring our Golf Day and more.

Barretts is a long-term supporter of Porchlight and proud sponsor of our golf day. For the past two Januarys, staff have taken part in a weight loss challenge, losing around 300Ibs each time and raising £7,004. Barretts' total fundraising activities have made over £41,500 to date.

Unicomp has been supporting Porchlight since 2019. It gives monthly donations of £50, plus other one-off donations. So far, Unicomp has raised over £4,400.

TDM Recruitment is making quarterly donations towards our work. It's also committed to raising awareness of Porchlight and the work we do within its industry. TDM has held mock interviews in our PODs and created a Christmas calendar to raise funds, raising over £345 to date. They are planning a Sponsored Sleep Out in March 2024.

Jago & Jago's landlords donate £1 per month to Porchlight, and they match 50% of the total donations. So far, Jago & Jago has raised over £3,500 for Porchlight.

RTC has chosen to support Porchlight by organising a 250-mile static cycle and rowing challenge which raised nearly £2,000. They supported our Golf Days in 2022 and 2023. RTC’s fundraising activities have raised nearly £7,000 to date.

LGT Wealth Management is delighted to support us by holding a series of fundraising events and activities. In 2023 they organised an It’s a Knock Out event, raising over £7,400. Since 2021 they have donated nearly £8,000.

Advo Group has selected Porchlight as its chosen charity. It's organising fun activities in the office, including quizzes, raffles, step challenges, and treasure hunts, and has donated over £1,400 to date.

Dover District Leisure Centre is proud to have Porchlight as its charity of the year. It’s holding fundraising events for its staff and members – such as Going Purple For Porchlight, and is promoting our work at its Open Days. This year, Dover Leisure Centre donated Christmas gifts to our Dover clients and has raised over £800.

Betteridge & Milsom quantity surveyors and construction consultancy has chosen us as its charity of 2024. It's planning a number of initiatives throughout the year to raise funds for us and promote awareness of our work.

Active Life Ltd is proud to support Porchlight as their local charity partner in 2024. They will be running various events throughout the year such as Sportaneous and the Whitstable Oysterman Triathlon.

Barratt Homes has chosen Porchlight as its charity partner for the coming year. The year will be full of opportunities for staff to support our work, including employee fundraising challenges.

Team Tactics says it's proud to continuing supporting us in 2023. It will be holding corporate charity events, using them to support our work with vulnerable people.

Kent Cricket has chosen us as their charity partner for 2023 and 2024. They will spend this time offering community engagement activities to people we support and undertaking employee fundraising challenges.

Thanet Earth have chosen Porchlight as their Charity of the Year and were sole sponsors of Porchlight's Golf Day 2023. They have also sponsored Porchlight Post and staff took part in the CEO Sleep Out and Orbital Challenge. Thanet Earth has raised over £37,400 for Porchlight.

Positive Places has chosen to support Porchlight this year through a proportion of profit scheme and offering guidance on property matters.

Hampton by Hilton Canterbury have pledged to support Porchlight this coming year and help us tackle homelessness across Kent. They held a Go Purple for Porchlight static bike ride on World Homeless Day 2023 and raised over £1,000.
