Kent Homeless Connect helps vulnerable people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
We are a network of specialist services that prevents people from losing their homes. If people have already become homeless we help them to access and maintain accommodation.
We use an integrated approach to help people who need additional support to avoid or recover from homelessness.
We help people to be healthy, find a stable home, or manage their tenancy or their finances so that they can move away from homelessness for good.
Kent Homeless Connect is delivered by Porchlight and Look Ahead on behalf of Kent County Council.
This service is for vulnerable homeless adults, aged 18 and over, with complex support needs (such as mental ill health, substance misuse problems, or learning difficulties) who are also rough sleeping, homeless, or at risk of or impacted by homelessness, and who live in Kent.
