Changes to our Live Well Kent & Medway mental health service
Mental health and wellbeing support for people in Kent and Medway
We’re excited to be making some changes to our services providing mental health and wellbeing support for people in Kent and Medway.
The changes will affect Live Well Kent & Medway which brings together local charities, the NHS and public health teams to build on support and care available to people in our communities.
These services are on the frontline in supporting people’s mental health, particularly as the cost of living crisis intensifies and vulnerable people in the most disadvantaged communities face even bigger struggles.
Services like Live Well Kent & Medway, working with a wide range of voluntary sector partners, provide advice and support with things like loneliness and isolation, debt, financial insecurity, difficulties with benefits or the threat of homelessness, often meeting a range of complex needs in one place.
Live Well Kent & Medway is led by Porchlight and Shaw Trust on behalf of Kent County Council and NHS Kent & Medway Clinical Commissioning Groups.
