Life-saving support during severe weather

28 February 2018

If you need our help, please call free on 0800 567 7699

It's freezing out there and our Helpline team are providing life-saving support by directing homeless people to emergency accommodation in the area.

They're also taking hundreds of calls and messages from members of the public, alerting us to people who are rough sleeping and need our help.

The information is recorded and passed onto our outreach team who are out looking for people to connect them with local services.

Our Helpline is a lifeline for people in crisis and it's the only service of its kind in Kent. Although we receive some funding from the Big Lottery Fund, we are reliant on voluntary donations to keep this vital service afloat.

Please make a donation today so that we can be there for everyone who needs us.
