Winter can be a difficult time for people with mental health needs but you don’t have to suffer in silence.
Anybody who is struggling to cope or feeling isolated can receive help by contacting Live Well Kent, a network of health and wellbeing-related support services (including Porchlight).
The help Live Well Kent provides is wide-ranging. People can get support with:
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Keeping active and healthy
- Meeting people and overcoming isolation
- Training and getting into work
- Everyday living (money management, housing or improving relationships with family and friends).
