Community Link service
Our Community Link service helps people manage any issues that are affecting their day to day life or their ability to live independently. We do this by connecting people to support in their local area.
We provide one to one advice and guidance that is completely free for anyone aged 17 and over.
We can help you with
- Your mental & physical health
- Finding things to do
- Your own space
- Education, training & volunteering
- Drugs and alcohol
- Your relationships
Whatever you’re facing, we’re here to help. We won’t make judgements and what we discuss will remain confidential.
Where can I get support?
Your link worker will meet you at your local GP surgery or somewhere within the community to talk about the difficulties you are facing. We’ll work with you to set some goals and actions to help you move forward. You choose what we help you with and what activities you would like to access locally.
Alternatively, you can call us on 0800 567 7699 or fill in the form at the bottom of this page to tell us about your situation.
