Mental health support in Kent and Medway
What's on offer near me?
If you, or someone you know, is experiencing mental health problems, you don't have to struggle alone.
Did you know, at Porchlight, we offer free support with mental health and wellbeing for people anywhere in Kent and Medway?
You might be experiencing anxiety or depression, stress or lack of confidence, feeling hopeless, isolated or overwhelmed.
Or you might need support to help you find work, volunteering, education, or improve your physical fitness and wellbeing.
We’re not able to provide emergency support for people in crisis. But there are lots of people who can. They are listed below too.
Choose support that's right for you
Whatever you’re facing, we are here to connect you with the right help and feel more in control of your mental health.
For most of our services, you can request a referral yourself, or someone can ask for one on your behalf (such as a healthcare professional, friend or family member).
If you are in crisis, see below for services which can help with that too.
